    CONTAINER LOADING DAY 1

    Arrange a container to shipper's designated location, load cargo and move to destination CY.
    (The container is inspected at the customs prior to arrival)

    CARRY-IN REPORT DAY 1 - 2

    After arriving at Container Yard(CY), carry-in report is proceeded.

    EXPORT DECLARATION DAY 2 - 3

    After carry-in report, export declaration is proceeded through Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS)

    APPROVAL DAY 3 - 4

    If there is no problem with the export declaration, approval is issued. If the cargo is subjected to a customs inspection, a document inspection or an in-kind inspection may conduct.
    (This may take approximately +1 day for the examination.)

    DEPARTURE DAY 5

    The cargo is moved from CY to vessel, and the vessel departs.

    STORE IN CFS (Container Freight Station) DAY 1

    Cargo is moved to the designated CFS by Lotos or by the shipper. At CFS, cargo insepection (number, external pkg, quarantine and metage) is conducted.

    Carry-in report is proceeded at CFS according to CASE MARK

    EXPORT DECLARATION DAY 2 - 3

    After the carry-in report, export declaration is proceeded through Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS)

    EXPORT APPROVAL DAY 3 - 4

    If there is no problem with the export report, approval is issued. If the cargo is subjected to a customs inspection, a document inspection or an in-kind inspection is conducted.
    (This may take approximately +1 day for the examination.)

    VANNING OPERATION, CARRY-OUT REPORT DAY 4 - 5

    After export approval, the container vanning operation and carry-our report is proceeded at CFS.

    CONTAINER MOVING DAY 4 - 5

    After vanning, the container is moved from CFS to CY(Container Yard).

    DEPARTURE DAY 6

    The cargo is moved from CY to the vessesl, loaded and it departs to the destination

    After the arrival, container is unloaded. (Before the arrival, we inform Arrival Notice and the schedule to CNEE.)

    After carried into CY, carry-in report is proceeded and customs confirms it.

    IMPORT DECLARATION DAY 2 - 3

    After the carry-in report, import declaration is proceeded through Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS)

    IMPORT INSPECTION DAY 3 - 5

    After import declaration, if there is no problem, import permit is granted. When the cargo needs inspection, X-ray / sample / full cargo inspection is carried out according to the customs' designated method. (This may take approximately +1 day for the examination.)

    DELIVERY DAY 4 - 6

    According to shipper's delivery order, container or devanned cargo is delivered.

    VESSEL ARRIVAL DAY 1

    After the arrival, container is unloaded. (Before the arrival, we infrom Arrival Notice and the schedule to CNEE.)

    Container is moved from CY to CFS (Container Freight Station).

    DEVANNING DAY 3 - 4

    At CFS, container is unloaded and classified cargo by shippers.

    CFS CARRY-IN REPORT DAY 4 - 5

    After devanning, carry-in report is proceeded and customs confirms it.

    IMPORT DECLARATION DAY 5 - 6

    After the carry-in report, Import decalaration is proceeded through through Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS). If there is no problem, import approval is issued. When the cargo needs inspection, X-ray / sample / full cargo inspection is conducted according to the customs' designated method.(This may take approximately +1 day for the examination.)

    DELIVERY DAY 6 - 7

    According to shipper's delivery order, the cargo is delivered by groupage truck or a single truck.

    Apply for truck according to shippier's order.

    PICKUP DAY 1 (18:00)

    When the cargo is picked up, cargo check is proceeded to find out if there is any problem with the cargo, such as the number and packing status.

    METAGE, LABELLING DAY 2 (09:00)

    Checking and metage and Air Waybill labelling of cargo is proceeded.

    EXPORT DECLARATION DAY 2 (10:00)

    The cargo is moved to a bonded warehouse, export declaration is proceeded through Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS).

    APPROVAL DAY 2 (10:00 ~ 12:00)

    After the export declaration, approval is issued when there is no problem. If cargo is subjected to a customs inspection, a document inspection or an in-kind inspection is conducted.

    LOADED TO ULD DAY 2 (14:00)

    After receiving the approval, the cargo is loaded to ULD (UNIT LOAD DEVICE) before it is loaded to airplane

    CARRIED IN THE AIRPORT DAY 2 (15:00)

    Cargo is moved to the designated place in the airport and additional label work may be carried out on the ULD depending on the airline.

    FLIGHT DAY 2 - 3 (17:00)

    After loading up the cargo, aiplane departs.

    When the cargo is arrvied, it is carried into airline's bonded warehouse in Japan.

    CARRY-IN CONFIRMATION DAY 1 (2~3HOURS)

    ULD or bulk cargo is checked its number and package status.

    CARRY-IN DECLARATION DAY 2 (2~3HOURS)

    The airlines, customs, bonded warehouse, and customs clearance contractors apply carry-in report through the Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS).

    IMPORT DECLARATION DAY 2 (2~3HOURS)

    After the report, import declaration is proceeded through the Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System (NACCS).

    IMPORT APPROVAL or INSPECTION DAY 2 (1~3HOURS)

    After import declaration, import permit is granted when there is no problem. When inspectation is needed, X-ray / sample / full cargo inspection is carried out according to the customs designated method. (The examination may take approximately 5-6 hours.)

    CARRY-OUT DAY 2 (3~4HOURS)

    When approval is released, the cargo is carreied out from TR bonded warehouse to Truck Dock.

    PICKUP DAY 2 (0.5HOURS)

    Truck is arranged based on CNEE's order and it picks up the cargo.

    DELIVER DAY 2 (0.5HOURS)

    The cargo is delivered to CNEE
